Responsibilities

• Our Management Trainee Programme fosters authentic leadership through a 4-5 year development journey
• Trainees gain hands-on experience, take ownership of real business projects, and receive structured training, mentorship, and growth opportunities
• High drive and initiative are essential
• Successful trainees may need to rotate across different sites or provinces and must be open to relocation

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B
• Com Management Accounting/Accounting/Honours in Management Accounting
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African drivers license (Preferred)
